Toronto indie rockers Wildlife embrace a little mischief and edge in their debut video for “Sea Dreamers” directed by Marc André Debruyne. The vid debuted on MuchMusic last week and features a youth television vibe with bowling, fights, food, weapons and a trip to Scarborough’s little burger joint Harry’s Drive-Thru.
They sent us a little email with the inspiration behind the vid, which we have gladly reposted below for your reading enjoyment. Check it out:

“The last year Wildlife has been criss-crossing North America in support of our debut record Strike Hard, Young Diamond. Every night we’ve played like it’s the last time we’ll be allowed onstage. Even Dean, after tearing his Achilles Tendon mid-concert and being ridden to a cast, hasn’t tempered the energy. We understand how fortunate we are to have the album find its way to so many hearts and minds. Having the album appear on many year end lists, getting to do a daytrotter session (and then be named one of their favourite tracks), and all the great posts/reviews were completely unexpected when we set out to make this record. This excitement led us to make our first video.”
